If you are looking for a new business model for your company or the department in which you work, Lean Startup is right for you. This is the first part of the Lean Startup training, where you will learn how to prepare a simple business plan without wasting a large amount of time with its preparation and still bringing you useful information. Among other things, we will look at how the Build – Measure – Learn loop works and what the Minimum Viable Product is. Don’t be fooled by the name, Lean Startup is also suitable for large companies and not just startups. At the same time, if you get into an impasse when designing your business model, you will learn how to ensure that lost costs are as low as possible.

A simple business plan, the Lean Canvas, helps you whether you work in agility or project management.. It is a very versatile tool and will be useful to you especially in the early stages of your projects. In the early stages of product/service/software development, it is necessary to look for what the business model will be, who will be our customer and also to verify whether our product will solve the customer’s problems at all in order to motivate them to use our product. Lean Canvas offers you several perspectives to consider during the research phase, helping your products and projects succeed.

On the course, we will complete a simple business plan (Lean Canvas) together (it is also possible on any topic you ask for) and we will proceed step by step. We always explain the individual parts first and then add the canvas. At the end of the course, we will have the canvas completely filled in and you will be able to create more with your teams.
